Our customers suffered a lot because of this but our leadership team came up with a remarkable strategy that reduces the lead time to 3 days.
If we consider the customer perspective, most of the businesses closed during the Covid-19, and the ones who retained, they open their stores online. The customers moved from physical locations to virtual shops and get their products online, thus, putting the burden on the customer to have more packaging supplies or custom boxes. On the other side, most of the courier companies refused to get more orders from packaging companies due to limited flights operations. In short, both ends suffered from this pandemic.
One great thing that Custom Made Packaging did during the peak of the pandemic is we never let their customers disappoint with our services. During 2019 or even at the start of 2021, we gave more than 30% discount to the existing customers as well as to the new customers so that their business will keep running and get minimum pressure from the packaging ends.
