Below you’ll find answers to some common questions around creating a custom box. Every order is little different from the previous one , so don’t hesitate to contact us with anything else you might be wondering.
The invite link will be shared by our sales representatives. It can be send via email, message or posting the QR Code.
Once the referral confirm the production to our production team then the making the boxes will be initiated and reward email will be sent which further customer can use to claim discounts.
If you shared the invite link and your friend accepted and initiated the production with us then reward email will be in your inbox very soon. If you don’t receive the email then please contact your PIC and he will immediately resolve the issue.
It’s recommended that the customer should claim the reward within six months but in case of any delays we will facilitate you as well.
After placing the order, our design team will review your artwork and send a 2D and 3D digital mockup of your box via email within 48 hours. If any changes need to be made, you can send those to our customer support representatives and they’ll be happy to send you the revised mockup again. You can change the design as many times as you need during the design support but once the design is approved and proceed to production then we can’t revert that.
Our design team will review your custom box design for any technical concerns (artwork resolution, blurriness, splits, thin lines, and bleeds) and if found, they will note them for your attention in the proof. If you’re unsure of how to fix any printing concerns that are noted, our designers are happy to help you through the process. It’s important to keep in mind that our team does not check for spelling or grammar errors, nor do they provide any subjective feedback on design content.
Our Standard turnaround for most custom box orders is around 10-15 business days and Rush turnaround is 8-12 business days after design approval. Bulk or special custom orders may require a few extra days to get setup and produced. Please note that during extremely busy times of year some orders may take longer to complete. While delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed, all dates shown at checkout are the quickest estimate we offer. If your delivery date is time sensitive, we highly recommend choosing Rush production and expedited shipping.
Yes! We can print on the inside of the boxes as well. This includes Mailers, Kraft, CBD and Product boxes. Simply, share the artwork which you want to print inside of the box and our design team will review the details for technical concerns.
