All products are made to order based on your custom specifications, and therefore cannot be cancelled once you approve your proof or the order’s proof-bypass window has passed. You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that your order correctly specifies size, color, artwork, quantity, style of product, and type of product. Custom Made Packaging is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible on the website the colors, images, and artwork you upload onto a product design. We also have made every effort to ensure that the proportions and style of all customizable products appear as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color, artwork, sizing, or feature will be accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Service to any geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. 7. International Orders and Shipments
We welcome orders from customers around the globe. All transactions will be completed in US dollars until or unless the usage of any third party platform i.e. Payoneer or Paypal. No adjustments will be made to account for fluctuations in the exchange rate between an original transaction and any subsequent refund transaction. We reserve the right to ask customer to do the processing to our production facility to make the overall process smooth and efficient for both parties. Our company will dispatch the requested order on time but we are not responsible if the order got delayed or damaged during the transit by the courier service providers i.e. DHL, FedEx or Dpd, etc.
8. Return Policy, Refunds, and Disputes
Since all orders are made to custom specifications, we don’t allow cancellation with refund or credit after proof acceptance or after the proof-bypass window is passed, nor do we allow returns on completed orders. If you’re unhappy with the product then you can contact your dedicated POC for this within a week and we will try our best to rectify the error, if possible. After a week, company would not be responsible for any claims or charges.

11. Quality Department Rules and Regulation
Custom Made Packaging have multiple production facilities across Asia and Europe. To maintain the quality of the boxes and customer satisfaction, our quality department will issue the quality report of every production along with the reference number. It’s very important to get the approval from the quality department to ensure that the boxes are made according to the required specifications. Custom Made Packaging will not send the boxes to the customers until quality department fully approve.
