If the tracking shows that the boxes are on hold then you don’t have to worry. Our courier providers needs some additional information from our shipping department and we will provide them further details as soon as possible. Your boxes will deliver on time. Further, if you will see that the courier service hold your shipment then you can check again after 3-4 hours and the shipment will be on track. Our shipping department is in the communication with our courier partner 24/7 and we do our best to make sure that your boxes will arrive earlier than the allocated time.

No, our delivery is free of cost and we deliver the boxes around the globe without any shipping charges.

Destinations shown on the tracking results are based on the location of the Service Station providing that pickup or delivery. The address is also mentioned on our invoice so that the customer can double check. Please be assured that your shipment is being delivered to the destination provided by you when you pay the invoice and give the approval for the production.

By verifying your identity on our Proof of Delivery site you can find further recipient details, including who signed for your shipment. Also, our shipping department will upload the proof of delivery on our global tracker. Simply you have to sign in and click on the “Documents” where you can find the POD. 

No, if the area is out of range then your POC will tell you prior. However, in this case courier partners use local post services and you don’t have to pay  anything for that.

This status provides an indication of the customs clearance process from the destination. This will take normally 3 hours to get clear and our shipping department will get in touch with courier partner in case of issue.
